Coral Slime Mold - Ceratiomyxa fruticulosa Tiny, branched coral-like structures that have a slightly fuzzy appearance. Individual fruiting bodies are 0.5-1 mm wide.  <br />

*Note the gorgeous phalangid to the right! I didn&#039;t even see it when taking photos of the slime mold! Bummer!<br />

Habitat: I spotted it growing in large clusters on mossy tree roots on the edge of a bog.<br />
