    1. Looks like I never got back to you on this, sorry! I just checked that suggestion as well as the genus as a whole, and could see a few close ones. The main challenge I found in getting a match is finding one that has the band on the abdomen as seen on my photo.

      This one has it: Two-banded Petrophila Moth Petrophila bifascialis...yet I'm not totally convinced its a full match based on other aspects.
