
Spring Rainfrog - belly shot, La Isla Escondida, Colombia
Don't be alarmed, this frog is not harmed, it is alive and well. It was gently flipped for a brief belly shot, which sometimes is essential for a species ID.
A beautiful and endangered species of rain frog, found during a night tour. Wikipedia mentions it is endemic to Ecuador. This is possibly inaccurate, if you consider how close to the Ecuadorian border we are (see geotag).
