I have no idea yet what this is. Nymph of a leafhopper? A Lantern bug?

  Thanks! It's funny you use Andreas Kay as a reference, it's my main source for identification. His gallery is massive and although based on Ecuador, we're effectively extremely close to the Ecuador border here. So I'm using a lot of his work build up over the decade or so he has been at it.
