Orange beetle, Orito, Colombia

Some kind of leaf beetle I think. It's overall orange with yellow spots on the wings. In the Megalopodidae, according to somebody on Facebook.

  In this case I used flash, so fixing the ISO to the lowest possible value: 64. I needed big depth of field here so f/16. The shutter speed is indeed automatic yet max sync speed on my flash unit is 1/250s. Posted 6 years ago
