Chinese Forget-Me-Not (Cynoglossum amabile) INTRODUCED. Growing in a public park in Floyd County, GA.

I went to visit a flower garden set aside for bee populations, and I was unfortunately met with ONLY introduced and invasive species of flowers! I won't mention the organization here, but I am currently working on writing a letter encouraging the usage of natives and discouraging the planting of invasives and nonnatives. It is maddening!
1. So frustrating! I'm tempted to make the organization's name public (they have chapters all over the US) so we could all leave them some feedback/advice! Posted 6 years ago

''Cynoglossum amabile'' is a species of flowering plant native to Asia, which is also called Chinese hound's tongue, or Chinese forget-me-not. A hardy annual growing to 50 cm , it has hairy leaves and cymes of sky-blue flowers in late summer. This plant, closely related to the common forget-me-not of temperate gardens , it is also used as an ornamental plant.
