Chinese Forget-Me-Not (Cynoglossum amabile)
INTRODUCED. Growing in a public park in Floyd County, GA.
I went to visit a flower garden set aside for bee populations, and I was unfortunately met with ONLY introduced and invasive species of flowers! I won't mention the organization here, but I am currently working on writing a letter encouraging the usage of natives and discouraging the planting of invasives and nonnatives. It is maddening!

''Cynoglossum amabile'' is a species of flowering plant native to Asia, which is also called Chinese hound's tongue, or Chinese forget-me-not. A hardy annual growing to 50 cm , it has hairy leaves and cymes of sky-blue flowers in late summer. This plant, closely related to the common forget-me-not of temperate gardens , it is also used as an ornamental plant. In cultivation in the UK it has gained the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit. .
