
Red Twin-spot - Xanthorhoe ferrugata
Total length: ~20 mm. Grayish brown forewings with reddish brown basal area and subapical patches. Wide median area is variably blackish or dark crimson. The outer subterminal area is accented with two black spots.
Habitat: Attracted to a light at night in a rural area.
