Male Phasmid, possibly from the genus Neoclides.
There are 15 known species of the genus Neoclides, with 2 of them recorded from Mindanao, Philippines.

Small size, around 4 cm and thin as in typical male. They have a 'hump' on the Wing Tegmina.
Possibly a species new to science.
