Mossy

This Phasmid from the genus Aretaon was found at higher elevation of 1,000 - 1,200 masl where there was lots of moss, although not completely a montane forest yet. It has taken in the colouration that allows it to camouflage very well to the mossy surrounding.

This species is yet to be described scientifically.
