
Mushroom - Amanita sp.
Short, stubby, tough mushroom with a brown cap that had cream-colored patches, some of which were pinkish. The stem was white with pink streaks and ended in a large, bulbous base. Gills were white. It was growing on the ground in a deciduous forest.
