Unknown Bolete? ID help is much appreciated! The closest I could get was Baorangia bicolor, but it didn&#039;t fully match up! I&#039;m getting second opinions!<br /> <br /> Growing on a woodland trail near a wetland in Gwinnett County, GA. July 7, 2018.<br /> <br /> Pileus: When fresh, colored a soft pink with yellow around the margin. Turns a darker red with a more (slick, leathery texture) after sitting in my bag for several hours. KOH application: Flashes blue and resolves to yellow. Iron salts: Pale yellow. Ammonia: negative.<br /> <br /> Flesh: White when fresh. Bruises blue (slightly slower than pores). KOH application: Orange/gold.<br /> <br /> Pore surface: Yellow when fresh. Quickly bruises blue. KOH application: Orange. Ammonia: Brown.<br /> <br /> Stipe: Red-ridged. Undertones are yellow.
