Mosaic leafhopper on cloth - left, Heesch, Netherlands
Introduced. One of the cool things of participating in moth week is that I discover all kinds of by-catch, other insects I didn't know to live in my garden. Such as this gorgeous Mosaic leafhopper. It is tiny, a mere 6mm in size. It is sitting on the white blanket I put up and lit up to attract moths.
