        Unfortunately, they are in boxes right now! We are preparing for a move, so I don't have them out! I'll try to get some shots soon!

          Here are some of my fossil spottings :

          Fossilised Giant Clam This was a huge Giant Clam fossil stuck in the ceiling of a cave. The size of the Giant Clam is around 1 meter. The altitude where the cave is located is around 100 masl, so you can imagine thousands of years ago, this cave system was under the sea! Davao,Fossil,Geotagged,Giant Clam,Philippines,Spring


          Fossilised Teeth of Megalodon Shark This is a fossilised teeth of a Megalodon Shark - Carcharodon megalodon.<br />
The size of this teeth is around 15-16 cm with the biggest teeth recorded was around 18 cm.<br />

Megalodon Shark is supposedly the biggest Sharks ever lived on earth, up to 15 meters in length.<br />
<br />
This fossilised teeth was seen at D'Bone Museum in Davao, owned by a personal friend from US.<br />

    1. No, this was was clinging on to a whip coral, have seen them free swimming many times, usually prefers to take videos of that. Posted 7 years ago
