  1. It is something in or close to the tribe Boarmiini. Many genera are similar, such as Epimecis, very risky guess as the tribe Boarmiini is quite large and many genera are tentatively placed in it. The tribe is sometimes referred to as Cleorini. Pretty hard to identify with any certainty, but it is definitely something in or very close to the tribe Boarmiini. Further studies on the tribe are recommended to enrich the knowledge available; these should include identification criteria to enlighten people on how to proceed. For instance, this is probably not an Epimecis and that tribe and its genera will probably suffer many changes in the future. Posted 7 years ago
