Jumping Spider - Family Salticidae I found this tiny, yet very gravid, jumping spider feasting on globular springtails (order Symphypleona). They were on a milkweed plant that was growing on the edge of a pond. She was very quick and was able to gobble up 5 springtails in just a few minutes.<br />

 I don&#039;t know the genus for this spider, but it may be Neon sp., Pelegrina sp., or Zygoballus sp....Or, something completely different. <br />

    1. Thanks for the link. I was hoping to find an ID before posting, but found it to be very difficult. I will check out the link though and hopefully will get this little gal identified. Posted 7 years ago
