  1. Looks like a darkling beetle (Family Tenebrionidae). I'm not sure of the species, but compare to Alphasida sp. and Philolithus sp. Posted 7 years ago
    1. It also resembles Family Carabidae, but I'd go with Tenebrionidae first because of your beetle's overall body shape and also because it follows the basic tarsal formula for darkling beetles (5-5-4) for the number of tarsal segments. Posted 7 years ago
