      1. You ARE allowed to join the contest, and please do so!

        I am assuming you mean the "one account per person" rule. With that I mean that one person should not have multiple accounts. However, multiple persons using one account is fine.

Coreopsis nudata, the Georgia tickseed, is a herbaceous perennial plant species of the genus Coreopsis in Asteraceae. Coreopsis species are commonly called tickseeds.
