
Chickweed - Stellaria sp.
Small white flower, approximately 15mm in size. They have five petals, but they are so deeply cleft that it looks like there are 10 of them.
A source of food for people and animals. Chickweed stays green under the snow, so can be important for winter survival of some animals.
