Tiny frog, Utria National Park, Colombia

This is a macro, and then cropped further, that's how tiny it was, I'd say about 1-2cm. The appearance is too common for me to get to species identification, I lack the expertise. The slimy rock it is on gives an idea of the habitat, which is extremely moist.
