Giant parasitoid wasp, Tatama National Park, Colombia Armed to the teeth as they say. This one likely is from the genus Pelecinus, which has only 3 species but I'm unsure which species it is, they all look quite similar to me. This one was very large, with particularly a very long Metasoma that is used to inject eggs into scarab beetles that live just below the soil.
