P.recurva seems very uncommon with only 2 records BUT found in that part of Australia and in December.
P.parva is a very common and known as 'Common spittlebug' and yours has the best match for length/curve of head/rostrum. I think this one might be pale because it is fresh out of it's cuckoo spit.
