    1. I have seen it once. Possibly the only Victorian record. There are three records in Queensland that I know of. It is certainly scarce and even might have been counted as Paropsisterna hectica but the foodplant is wrong.
      Parosistena hectica This beetle was found in moderate numbers on a small stand of white sallee (snow gum) at this peak of the blue mountains.   Usually entirely green or yellow/green, the golden markings on this specimen is interesting.   Australia,Geotagged,Paropsisterna hectica,Summer
