This animal struck me through the hind limb. I do not assume it's a fly, but do you know what it is? The recording was made in "Het Streekbos" (Enkhuizen, The Netherlands)

  It could be a dung fly but I am not sure about the species. Scathophaga stercoraria has a lot of yellow hairs on the legs but this one doesn't.

    I'm a total Diptera-nincompoop, but to me it doesn't look much like a Scathophagidae ... maybe have a look at the Lauxaniidae? But that is also just a feeble "guesstimate" though ...
