  2. well, i have to say the picture is very sharp. and the frog is a beauty. really beautyful composition and focus. i personally think it is a toad. looking to the skin. a toad skin is much rougher than a. frog skin. and a toad is more dry. but that is only my feeling looking to this photo. The European toad is an amphibian widespread throughout Europe, with the exception of Iceland, Ireland and some Mediterranean islands. Its easterly range extends to Irkutsk in Siberia and its southerly range includes parts of northwestern Africa in the northern mountains of Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
