      1. It is a leafhopper. Whether it is a Thagria (there are 199 of them) or another genus, I am not sure. Here are other photos identified as Thagria sp.

        There is monograph about the tribe Thagriini with a key and descriptions of species of Thagria but they are identified by internal organs, not the wing pattern.
