Velvet Ghostpipefish -Solenostomus sp

This Ghostpipefish is only known from its common name - Velvet Ghostpipefish for its velvety appearance.

Although this species has been known for many years, unfortunately it has yet to be described, scientifically.
It is also one of the rarer species of Ghostpipefish, seldom seen, probably the reason why it is not described yet because the Scientists who may have wanted to study it have yet to have opportunity to get hold of a specimen to work on.
