Thecacera sp Nudibranch This tiny Nudibranch of around 10-12 mm is possibly a undescribed species. It has the characteristics that identifies it to the genus of Thecacera but does not fully match the existing known/described species. The nearest match is Thecacera pacifica but the information I get from a Nudibranch specialist indicated this one has several features that are different from Thecacera pacifica. 1. Very interesting, they should name it after you ;) Posted 8 years ago
    1. Other divers have seen this one before and it is known and listed in NSSI (Nudibranch & Sea Slug Identification) as Thecacera sp 3, meaning there are several species under the genus of Thecacera that have been seen/known but with ID not verified, possibly new/undescribed :p Posted 8 years ago
