  3. you got a nice shot of the eyes- which is good for at least a starting point for ID'ing spiders - this guide is for north American species -http://bugguide.net/node/view/84423 but it could start you on the right track as far as at least family/genus goes - I think it looks the most like some of the samples down near the bottom - long jawed orbweavers or cobweb weavers.
