Does he has wings? Aside from genus Ramulus, species from genus Phobaeticus are very slender with long legs and until recently. one species, Phobaeticus chani from Borneo was the longest Phasmid in the world.
If its Phobaeticus, then its likely Phobaeticus serratipes based on the location you found them, but I can't be certain based on this picture alone.

This although recent record, the longest Phasmid has now been overtaken by a new species found in China, also from the genus Phryganistria :
