Maccevethus sp. - information about the distribution of the (sub)species is controversial. Apart from that, examination of the genitalia is the way to identify them.

Only three species (none in my area though), but of what I can find in serious references these should be near impossible to ID externally (forget from photo) and from the few trustworthy identified reference images I have they seem to show crazy intra specific variability. You need a male and look at the genitalia for proper ID, so no more than Maccevethus sp. from me - sorry :o(
