2 Generations The bigger Praying Mantis is already adult as its wings are fully developed.  However, it is a relatively small species, size just around 3 - 3.5 cm. <br />

On the same leaf, there were several nymphs of Praying Mantis, probably newly hatched.  Not sure though if they are of the same species.<br />

Praying Mantis are not known to look after their youngs as after they lays their eggs in an ootheca, they leave it for incubation on its own.  Furthermore, Praying Mantis has been known to have cannibalistic behaviours with Female eating the male while getting mated and nymphs of same species feeding on their weaker siblings.
