      Now I'm pretty sure that it is Ingerophrynus divergens. Frogs of Borneo (http://frogsofborneo.org/bufonidae/136-bufonidae/ingerophrynus/divergens) doesn't show photos with a vertebral line, but I have seen such a line pictured on this species elsewhere (e.g. A Field Guide to the Frogs of Borneo), and the extra-bumpy skin is typical of I. divergens.
