  1. Hi, are you sure this is the correct species. As described in the article below, P. ponmudiensis has green eyes and a broad stripe on segment 7, which ix not present here.

      Thanks for the link. The article doesn't have the image of a female specimen!
      Though I showed this image to one of them who was part of the team, he said he needs to see the anal appendages to confirm the ID.

      1. Yours is a male, right? At least it appears to be Genus Protosticta, Familiy Platystictidae. You can add that on photo details. Beautiful specimen indeed. Very nice photo! cheers Posted 8 years ago
