    Or how about this one:
    If you are given lemons, make lemonade [US]
    So you did a marvellous job. Without your diodes you wouldn't have had a picture at all, and we would not have seen your shaded fly. It creates a bit of a golden shine.

    BTW. Yours is a humorous description, I like it:)
