  1. I don't think this is Cucurbita foetidissima. The leaves and stems are not the same.

    I'm not sure what this is - there are different varieties of either Cucurbita sp. or Cucumis sp.

    1. Yes, this is the same species as the links I have posted above but it is not the same as the one on your photo. Cucurbita foetidissima has roughly triangular leaves, almost leathery with hairs on the surface, gray-green. These leaves are neither triangular nor hairy of gray they are bright green. Also the fruits of Cucurbita foetidissima are round while these are rather elliptic.

      I only see your own ID suggestion and it is wrong. It doesn't look like the other photos of Cucurbita foetidissima at INatualist either.
