Eriovixia laglaizei - Laglaise's Garden Spider
Here is a linked series of nine dorsal views of this species. I am assuming that they are all the same species, as the images were all shot within a few metres of each other.
As for the actual species name, I have no chance of finding out.
Location is Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Alongside a stream and paddy fields.

Eriovixia laglaizei is a small spider found in tropical areas from east Africa through south and south-eastern Asia to New Guinea.

Eriovixia laglaisei looks an excellent choice. One problem is the spelling. It seems like most of the 'credible' taxonomy sites are going with the 'z' while common use is mostly 's'. Overall about 50-50...
