Looking just like a bit of abandoned fluff from an avian, I suspect it will be lucky if it survives the day, surrounded by predators.<br /> <br /> Not much chance of getting a species, but you are welcome to try. I think it is Euproctis virguncula, but cannot confirm.<br /> <br /> Location is Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Euproctis sp. - white tussock moth This is a moth that I see almost daily, clinging to a stem on the paddy field, stranded by the night.
