Paropsisterna nobilitata
This bright beetle is common in Tasmania but probably always occurred on the mainland. Slightly larger than the similar examples in the species group and also having larger apical yellow blotches. It can be easily confused with Paropsisterna gloriosa

Paropsisterna nobilitata is a spectacularly coloured eucalyptus leaf beetle similar to Paropsisterna annularis and P. gloriosa. Some thought it is endemic to Tasmania but it has been seen on several occasions in Victoria.
