Green Rutilia fly (Rutilia spp) Another very large fly in the Tachinidae; Rutilia group. Another very large fly in the Tachinidae; Rutilia group. This one was about 18mm body length.
Got it's leather mask stitched on too.
The abdomen was like tanned leather.
Species not known so far... much work still required with this group.
Found in a local nature reserve adjoining a national park.
