The calphoto reference is Argiope versicolor in my opinion.
The Orb Web Spiders of India site, I do not recognize the spider, so the Argiope anasuja image could be correct. Also Sunil’s reference write-up looks impressive, although not confirmed. However, this image does not match the subject in either abdomen pattern or leg color.
The Wiki image of Agriope anasuja is wrong, it is Argiope versicolor.
South Indian spider site image of Agriope anasuja is wrong, it is Argiope versicolor.
I even believe that the EOL, a reliable source, is incorrect. Assuming EOL is correct, then Agriope anasuja is not the answer.
As for your subject, I took the liberty of pulling down the image into Photoshop and adjusting the brightness and other settings, and was able to get an image that matches the following link:
http://vik1067.deviantart.com/art/Argiope-anasuja-255038062
Now we just need a reliable source that can put a name to this image, because the source cannot be trusted.
