Argia, sp D? H? any help?

it could be a Ischnura capreolus, maybe one of the many called Argia sp. H etc.
I have tried every Coenagrionidae photo here

I've checked the source you provided, and accordingly it could be the Coenagrionidae Argia Sp. C | Argia oculata Type C (Female) - http://bdei2.cs.umb.edu:8080/efg2/Redirect.jsp?displayFormat=html&dataSourceName=odonataofcostarica_1321652367880&ALL_TABLE_NAME=efg_rdb_tables&uniqueID=1367239511412 - The distinctive characters are not visible in your photo, such as the one ones referred on the species female identification, therefore it is just a guess, not an 100% sure ;) Cheers* Posted 9 years ago, modified 9 years ago

  thanks a lot. I have gone through them again.
  C looks good but different on the sides. And there is the location ,too I am in the highlands, 780m above sea level, dry slope. But again, I am only an engineer, maybe I see the things not the right way. I am better at telling two synchro rings apart :)
