Compost Pile & Meadow Vole nest Home to a whole bunch of Meadow Voles (I think I saw about 20), including these two:<br />

This photo only shows about half of the compost pile. There is a pile just about the same size on the other side of the wheelbarrow.<br />

You can see one of the vole holes fairly &quot;easily&quot; in the bottom center, with a path of missing grass just in front of it. There are actually four holes visible total in this photo, but three of them I can only spot because I saw them close up, and from different angles.
