  1. Sorry, David, Ischnura heterosticta is an Australian species that doesn't occur in the USA.
    Here are a few other options. Unfortunately, they are very similar and you have to take a look at their private parts to tell them apart.

    1. That would not be possible, the "Blue Riverdamsel" is found in Asia and Australia while this one is American. It is one of the bluet species described in the link from my earlier comment. Posted 7 years ago
