American Toad (Anaxyrus americanus)
It was very obviously mating season for the American Toad... there must've been over a hundred swimming around throughout the park (as well as a few other frog species). You can see four in this shot (maybe five... I'm not sure if that is a blurry one in the upper right corner or not).

The American toad is a common species of toad found throughout the eastern United States and Canada. It is divided into three subspecies—the eastern American toad, the dwarf American toad, and the rare Hudson Bay toad.
