Sirkeer Malkoha, Yala NP, Sri Lanka I&#039;m very happy with this spotting, as there are only 3 species of the Malkoha in Sri Lanka, all three relatively uncommon to see. There&#039;s the blue-faced Malkoha photographed by John:<br />

The sirkeer malkoha or sirkeer cuckoo , is a member of the cuckoo order of birds, the Cuculiformes, which also includes the roadrunners, the anis, and the Hoatzin. It is a resident bird in the Indian subcontinent.
