    1. I agree that I might have made a mistake. But the problem is that this picture is the clearest one that I have access to. Let me make things clear, I am not an expert in entomology, I am into macro-photography. Now here is the problem, I tried to match the best I could by finding the Latin name of the species that I used.
      But the real problem is that I personally can not distinguish the difference between 3 Aphodius insects; A. rubipennis, A. errticicus, A. fimetarius.
      You seem to claim against A. rubipennis now could you please help me?

      1. It is neither of these species, the shape of the head is different too. It is probably a species of the genus Anomala or another genus of the Subfamily Rutelinae. Posted 10 years ago
