    1. Because it is not a species, it is a genus consisting of dozens of species. You have to be more specific to identify it. Posted 10 years ago

          1. Hey, I think I identified the species of this insect.
            Chrysosoma.

            For reference: humilis Becker, 1922b: 172 (Chrysosoma). Taiwan; Solomon Is, Western Samoa; China, India, Malaysia (Pen), Nepal, Philippines.

            1. Chrysosoma is a genus, not a species. A genus consists of multiple species and therefore Chrysosoma is not specific enough for a species identification. Posted 8 years ago
