Hawk Eye

A species of hawk that I haven't identified yet. Maybe someone can help me out with that.

It can be difficult to get an exact identification without seeing the plumage from the wings and the tail. If I had to guess, I would say that it looks very much like a juvenile Cooper's hawk, based on similar portraits that I have found:
