I changed the IDs of a few of your great egret photos because they were identified as the subspecies Ardea alba modesta, Eastern Great Egret, which is found in the Eastern part of the world - Asia to Australia, not the Eastern part of America. The American subspecies is Ardea alba egretta but there is no separate entry for it. I assume this one was also taken in the USA too, please set the country or geotag it. Posted 7 years ago

The great egret also known as common egret, large egret or great white heron, is a large, widely distributed egret. Distributed across most of the tropical and warmer temperate regions of the world, in southern Europe it is rather localized. In North America it is more widely distributed, and it is ubiquitous across the Sun Belt of the United States and in the Neotropics.
